Rash KaurManager HR & Payroll

Rash Kaur is the HR & Payroll Manager at ICS, where she supports our global workforce by leading payroll, onboarding, HR systems, and people operations. She is passionate about creating clarity, structure, and positive employee experiences, and multicultural environments.

Rash’s HR journey began with her studies at BCIT, where she completed a comprehensive Human Resources program that sparked her interest in compliance, employee relations, and process building. She is progressing toward her CPHR designation. In addition, Rash completed a certificate in Office Administration with a focus on business technology, and she holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science.

Before joining ICS, Rash gained diverse HR and people operations experience. At ICOM.AI, she served as the sole HR and Payroll lead, managing full-cycle payroll, implementing BambooHR, leading immigration coordination for international hires, and building DE&I initiatives that helped the company become the most diverse workforce in their industry. She also contributed to process improvements and organizational planning during her time with the BCIT Student Association. Her early experience as a Lead Customer Service Manager at Walmart helped her develop strong communication, leadership, and conflict-management skills that continue to shape her HR approach today.

When she’s not working, Rash loves spending time with her family and her two Rottweilers, Snoop and Winter, and enjoys exploring new creative pursuits.

Rash lives by the belief that “the magic you are looking for is in the work you are avoiding,” a reminder that growth and success often come from embracing challenges.
