In Loving Memory of Michele O'Bright

It is with deep sadness and heartfelt condolences that our ICS family said goodbye to our dear colleague and friend, Michele, in July 2025.

Michele bravely battled breast cancer for the past five years with remarkable strength and grace. Our hearts go out to her beloved family and friends, whom she cherished deeply. Michele was a true spark of joy—radiating positivity, warmth, and an infectious, fun-loving spirit that touched everyone she met. She had a natural talent for wordsmithing, was incredibly dependable and trustworthy, and always greeted others with her signature bright smile.

She took immense pride in her work and consistently gave more than 110%. The strong professional relationships she built are a testament to the care and dedication she brought to every interaction. Michele was an integral part of the ICS family, always going above and beyond for her clients and teammates.

Michele’s passions were many, but her family always came first. She and her husband explored over 60 countries together, fueled by a love for adventurous travel. She was a devoted animal lover—especially to her cherished Jack Russell Terrier, Tasha—and had a creative eye for fashion. She enjoyed bass fishing and embraced an active lifestyle filled with running, hiking, biking, and beach walks.
Michele was a force of nature—unconventional, dynamic, and unforgettable. She brought energy, beauty, kindness, and laughter into every space she entered. A loyal cheerleader to those she loved, her generosity knew no bounds—always ready with gifts, candy, meals, and open arms for those she cared about.

Michele lived by the words: Live Well – Laugh Often – Love Much.
In her memory, we will do our best to carry that spirit forward, honoring her legacy with the same joy, passion, and love she gave so freely.
