Laura Gordon focuses on overseeing the day-to-day operations of the European team while strengthening processes, supporting teams, and ensuring high-quality, seamless conference and event services for clients. A key part of her work is researching, evaluating, and implementing new technologies across ICS in ways that simplify complex operations and support thoughtful, people-first change.
What Laura values most is the trust placed in her to influence how the company evolves, whether that means improving processes, introducing technology, or rethinking how teams are supported across regions. Outside of work, she enjoys running, spending time at the gym, reading, and slower hands-on projects like crochet and gardening.
