Coordinator, Marketing
The Coordinator, Marketing is an entry-Level Marketing Coordinator for a variety of global Conferences and Events. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement marketing strategies, produce and manage social media posts, and create engaging content. Assist in coordinating promotional activities and analyzing campaign performance. Join our fast-paced environment, where creativity meets organization, to drive successful event marketing initiatives

Support the delivery of high-quality creative assets across a range of conference projects, including branding, digital experiences and event materials. The Coordinator, Operations is an entry-level position that supports ICS Project Managers and Operations Managers in the planning and execution of global conferences, meetings, and events.
As part of a collaborative team, you will assist with vendor and venue sourcing, RFPs, audiovisual coordination, catering, signage, and other event logistics, while also supporting sponsorship and exhibition services to ensure sponsor and exhibitor commitments are delivered successfully.
