Geoffrey Szuszkiewicz focuses on sales proposals, sales presentations, sales materials, and sustainability initiatives, from managing templates and case studies to shaping contracts, handovers, and sustainability tools and roadmaps. He brings strong narrative change and visual storytelling to complex information, translating systemic data into high-impact materials that support stakeholder buy-in.

Geoffrey values the inclusive culture at ICS and the way the company’s values come through in how people work together. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, baking, reading, dancing, and hula hooping.
