Grit Schoenherr is a member of the ICS executive team and oversees all project operations as Chief Operating Officer. An experienced event management professional, she is passionate about helping clients take their conferences or associations to the next level—no matter the size or budget—while creating a truly holistic experience for all stakeholders. She also takes great pride in mentoring and supporting her team, helping them grow and succeed.

Based in Vancouver, Grit enjoys taking a nice stroll along the beach or in the mountains, treating herself to a good massage, and also appreciates a quiet day at home to recharge.
