Matt is a big believer in the power of associations and association conferences to change the world. As a Certified Association Executive, he is thrilled to be helping ICS clients realize not only their conference goals, but also their strategic objectives and ultimately, their core missions. After holding senior leadership positions within both professional and trade associations, his path took him to Europe, where he worked as a PCO, managing conferences on both sides of the Atlantic.

Matt is thrilled to be working as part of a global, multi-cultural team that contributes so much to the industry in the form of involvement with IAPCO and similar organizations. When he is not travelling the world for business or pleasure, he loves spending time in the city of Miami, Florida, with his wife, Jaclyn. They enjoy amateur sports, car racing, and exploring new cultures and foods.
