Don has been a designer and project manager for eight-plus years overall. At the early stage of his career, he soaked himself into the design world for countless days and nights. Later, he developed his great passion for marketing, business and management. He is a huge believer in great communication overcomes all challenges and, he is an advocate of team play. He is extremely excited to join the ICS family and is willing to contribute his knowledge to create memorable experiences for the clients of ICS.

The most important thing is to try and inspire people so that they can be great in whatever they want to do.
