The Association Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of national and/or international associations and provides membership services. SPONSORSHIP AND EXHIBIT SALES MANAGER
The Sponsorship and Exhibit Sales Manager (The Manager) is responsible for raising money through the sale of sponsorship and exhibit packages for conferences by targeting various companies, organizations and associations. The Manager creates sponsorship and exhibitor packages according to client specification. The Association Coordinator is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in small to medium sized not-for-profit and/or charitable associations. SALES PROPOSAL COORDINATOR
Under the direction of the President and Vice President, the Sales Proposal Coordinator will be responsible for designing, writing and assembling sales proposals for clients. They will be responsible for writing, editing, designing and formatting proposals as well as maintaining and updating sales tools such as client database and sales tracking systems; digital photo library and proposal template documents and evaluating Requests for Proposals and identifying clear deliverables for preparation of proposals. DIGITAL PROJECT MANAGER
ICS has a partner company, WebCoast Events Inc., which is responsible for the management and execution of all ICS Digital & Virtual Initiatives (Ex: Event Apps, Graphic Design, Website Design, Online Marketing, Virtual Libraries) and acts in a supplier role to ICS. WebCoast owns a company called 'Global Online Learning Discussion' (GOLD), which offers distance learning through webinars & online conferences. Though officially hired under the ICS brand, you will primarily perform your work on behalf of WebCoast and GOLD.

Being an onsite volunteer at an event or conference is a fantastic way to get involved in this industry. Many of our past onsite volunteers include hospitality and tourism students, career planning professionals, school counselors and employee candidates. We welcome individuals with no meetings industry experience, particularly, students interested in a conference topic, but perhaps unable to attend the full meeting. ICS is also delighted to offer discounted accommodation, full training and a letter of participation at the end of the conference.
