The Proposal Writer Associate is a dynamic role for someone who is excited to help us translate our vision into compelling proposals and exciting presentations. The Association Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of national and/or international associations and provides membership services. The Association Manager provides administrative support and coordination of services and staff (volunteers and clerical support, as applicable) necessary to comply with each Association's bylaws, policies and performance standards. The Sponsorship and Exhibit Sales Manager (The Manager) is responsible for raising money through the sale of sponsorship and exhibit packages for conferences by targeting various companies, organizations and associations. The Manager creates sponsorship and exhibitor packages according to client specification. ICS has a partner company, WebCoast Events Inc., which is responsible for the management and execution of all ICS Digital & Virtual Initiatives (Ex: Event Apps, Graphic Design, Website Design, Online Marketing, Virtual Libraries) and acts in a supplier role to ICS. WebCoast owns a company called 'Global Online Learning Discussion' (GOLD), which offers distance learning through webinars & online conferences. Though officially hired under the ICS brand, you will primarily perform your work on behalf of WebCoast and GOLD.

The Accounting Clerk is responsible for daily bookkeeping duties across multiple files, such as the preparation of financial statements for conference managers, the posting of purchase and sales invoices, reconciling bank and credits, just to name a few. No qualification is necessary for the role, however, a background and extended experience in accounting is required. This position will be available starting in February 2018. Being an onsite volunteer at an event or conference is a fantastic way to get involved in this industry. Many of our past onsite volunteers include hospitality and tourism students, career planning professionals, school counselors and employee candidates. We welcome individuals with no meetings industry experience, particularly, students interested in a conference topic, but perhaps unable to attend the full meeting. ICS is also delighted to offer discounted accommodation, full training and a letter of participation at the end of the conference.
