SPONSORSHIP & EXHIBIT SALES MANAGER - VANCOUVER OR TORONTO

The Sponsorship and Exhibit Sales Manager (The Manager) is responsible for raising money through the sale of sponsorship and exhibit packages for conferences by targeting various companies, organizations and associations. The Manager creates sponsorship and exhibitor packages according to client specification. The Manger attends weekly company meetings, sales update meetings and conference planning meetings as required. To learn more about this role please click here.

HOUSING AND REGISTRATION

HOUSING, REGISTRATION AND SYSTEMS COORDINATOR

The Housing, Registration & Systems Coordinator role will be a two-part position. The Housing and Registration portion of the role will include coordinating all aspects of registration, group registration and housing including assisting with daily delegate and hotel correspondence as well as financial registration reconciliation and maintaining online registration forms. HOUSING AND REGISTRATION MANAGER - VANCOUVER

The Housing & Registration Manager coordinates all aspects of registration, group registration and housing including negotiating hotel contracts and developing and testing on-line registration forms. The manager also supervises the necessary staff required for pre and onsite registration as well as carryout the role of systems analyst for the registration software program. CONFERENCE

CONFERENCE MANAGER - Vancouver, Toronto, Vienna and Singapore

The Conference Manager is responsible for the overall profitability of the Conferences which they organize. From the beginning of a project to final reporting, this position requires that total satisfaction of the client is provided as well as enhancing the professional image of International Conference Services. CONFERENCE COORDINATOR

The Conference Coordinator provides the liaison between International Conference Services and clients and suppliers, in the organization and execution of conferences. This is an exciting role for someone looking to gain more experience in the conference industry, specifically in the field of scientific and medical based conferences. SPONSORSHIP & EXHIBIT ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT 

We are looking for someone to support our Sponsorship & Exhibit team and help with developing sponsorship & exhibit packages, research of prospects, day-to-day communication with confirmed and prospective companies and fulfillment of benefits leading up to each conference. ACCOUNTING CLERK (MATERNITY LEAVE CONTRACT)

The role of Accounting Clerk will be a maternity leave contract. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily bookkeeping duties of multiple files (posting purchase and sales invoices, reconciling bank and credit cards, preparing recoverable invoices, applying proper sales tax legislation, etc). ONSITE VOLUNTEERS

Being an onsite volunteer at an event or conference is a fantastic way to get involved in this industry. Many of our past onsite volunteers include hospitality and tourism students, career planning professionals, school counselors and employee candidates. We welcome individuals with no meetings industry experience, particularly, students interested in a conference topic, but perhaps unable to attend the full meeting. ICS is also delighted to offer discounted accommodation, full training and a letter of participation at the end of the conference.

STUDENT PRACTICUMS

All of us at ICS enjoy sharing our experience with students who are new to this industry. If you are looking for a student practicum to gain experience in the conference management industry as part of your university studies, do consider ICS.
