SPONSORSHIP & EXHIBIT SALES MANAGER - VANCOUVER OR TORONTO

The Sponsorship and Exhibit Sales Manager (The Manager) is responsible for raising money through the sale of sponsorship and exhibit packages for conferences by targeting various companies, organizations and associations. The Manager creates sponsorship and exhibitor packages according to client specification. ASSOCIATION MANAGER

The Association Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of national and/or international associations and provides membership services. The Association Manager provides administrative support and coordination of services and staff (volunteers and clerical support, as applicable) necessary to comply with each Association's bylaws, policies and performance standards. ONSITE VOLUNTEERS

Being an onsite volunteer at an event or conference is a fantastic way to get involved in this industry. Many of our past onsite volunteers include hospitality and tourism students, career planning professionals, school counselors and employee candidates. We welcome individuals with no meetings industry experience, particularly, students interested in a conference topic, but perhaps unable to attend the full meeting. ICS is also delighted to offer discounted accommodation, full training and a letter of participation at the end of the conference.

STUDENT PRACTICUMS

All of us at ICS enjoy sharing our experience with students who are new to this industry. If you are looking for a student practicum to gain experience in the conference management industry as part of your university studies, do consider ICS. There are opportunities to work within the world of Conference and Event Management and Housing & Registration!
